Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a space to explore your sexuality, intimacy, and relationship to pleasure without shame or judgment. Together, we unpack what’s been feeling stuck or confusing and work toward a more connected, confident sexual life. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship structures.

Issues we might explore:

  • Differences in sexual desire
  • Erectile or arousal concerns
  • Painful sex (vaginismus, dyspareunia, pelvic pain)
  • Exploring kinks or fantasies
  • Shame or religious messaging around sex
  • Navigating non-monogamy
  • Queer or gender identity development

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on strengthening the connection between you, not choosing sides. We look at communication patterns, attachment needs, and the dynamics that sit beneath conflict. The hope is to build stronger communication, shift the patterns that keep conflict looping, and work together to find a way forward that feels healthier and more connected.

Issues we might explore:

  • Conflict and communication struggles
  • Differences in sexual desire
  • Infidelity and rebuilding trust
  • Jealousy and insecurity
  • Cultural differences or family expectations
  • Division of labour and relationship roles

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy can help you feel safer in your body and steadier in your nervous system. We begin with building better coping tools, and when you feel ready, gently process the memories and emotions that still carry weight. Our work moves at your pace using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and IFS.

Traumas explored include:

  • Sexual trauma
  • Complex trauma
  • Relational trauma
  • Acute trauma
  • Religious trauma
